Jim McGuire
President
Chaplain Jim McGuire currently serves as the head chaplain for the Beaverton Police Department.  Chaplain McGuire is funded entirely by the charitable donations of the officers he serves.  Chaplain McGuire has dedicated his career to helping improve officer wellness and support within the department and state of Oregon.
    Ken Feist
    Treasurer
    Ken served a distinguished career as a Beaverton Police Officer, Retiring after decades of service to the city and its citizens. Ken served as a Sergeant retiring from his final position in Police Standards Division.  Ken has a wealth of experience in both law enforcement and serving the community.
      Kevin J. Hanna
      Secretary

      Kevin J. Hanna is a proud advocate for those who serve and protect our communities. As the Founder of both the Lake Oswego Police Foundation and the Beaverton Police Foundation, Kevin’s unwavering commitment to supporting law enforcement is rooted in deep gratitude and respect for the men and women in blue.

      He is the President and CEO of Lions Capital Mortgage, a local independent mortgage brokerage dedicated to serving first responders and their families with integrity, transparency, and personalized financial solutions.

      Beyond his role in mortgage lending, Kevin actively serves on several nonprofit boards, including the Oregon Zoo Foundation, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Survivorship Program, and Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School Advisory Board. His work across these organizations reflects his passion for community service, philanthropy, and long-term impact.

        Matt Henderson
        Board Member

        Matt Henderson has served the citizens of Beaverton in many roles.  He is most known for his work as the public information officer for the department.  Matt has been a driving force in establishing the Beaverton Police Foundation.

          Joseph J. Hanna Jr. brings a strong legacy of service, leadership, and support for law enforcement to the Beaverton Police Foundation Board. A lifelong advocate for public safety and civic involvement, Joe is proud to stand alongside those who dedicate their lives to protecting our communities.

          He has served in numerous leadership and advisory roles throughout his career, championing causes that benefit local families, youth programs, and first responder initiatives. His passion for service is matched by a deep commitment to integrity, faith, and strengthening the community fabric of the Pacific Northwest.

          Joe’s involvement in the Foundation reflects his belief that honoring and supporting our police officers is not just a duty—it’s a privilege. His decades of experience in business, mentorship, and philanthropy continue to make a meaningful impact across the region.
